Deposit Not Detected
Aura watches your Hyperliquid address for incoming USDC and advances the deposit step automatically when it arrives. If detection stalls, here's how to diagnose it.
Most common cause: wrong source
You must send from Hyperliquid.com or the HL app. Sending from MetaMask, Coinbase, or another external wallet goes to the Hyperliquid bridge — not directly to your HL account balance. That bridging step can add delays and may require you to claim the funds on Hyperliquid's side first.
Check your Hyperliquid balance at app.hyperliquid.xyz. If the funds are there, tap "Tap to refresh" in Aura — detection will pick them up immediately.
Deposit is in HL but Aura still doesn't detect it
Tap the refresh prompt. Aura polls your HL balance and should advance the step within a few seconds of detecting a positive balance.
If it still doesn't advance after refreshing:
- Confirm the balance is showing in your HL account on Hyperliquid.com
- Refresh the Aura page entirely and re-enter the flow — it will detect the existing balance
Funds left your source but aren't in HL yet
Transactions from external wallets go through the Hyperliquid bridge and can take a few minutes to settle. Wait for the bridge to finalize, then check your HL balance.
Still stuck after 15 minutes
Contact support with your Hyperliquid address and the transaction hash. Include the source (HL app, external wallet, bridge).
