Deposit with Card or Bank (Swapped)

Aura integrates Swapped.com as a fiat onramp for Hyperliquid. You pay with a card or bank transfer and USDC lands on your Hyperliquid account. Minimum is $10.

How it works

1. Open the deposit modal and pick Hyperliquid → Fiat.
2. The Swapped widget loads inside Aura. You enter amount, payment method, and KYC details.
3. Swapped handles the conversion. USDC is credited to your Hyperliquid account directly — Aura doesn't touch the funds.

The widget is the same whether you're on web or mobile. Mobile renders it in a WebView; web renders it in an iframe.

What you might receive

Swapped may deliver USDC or USDH depending on the token you selected. If you asked for USDT and see "You'll receive USDC — swap to USDT on Hyperliquid after deposit lands" — that's expected. Swapped doesn't have a direct USDT → HyperCore rail. Swap inside Hyperliquid after the deposit settles.

Common errors

"Fiat deposits aren't configured yet. Use Crypto or direct deposit."

Aura's environment is missing Swapped API credentials. This usually only appears on preview/dev deploys, never on production. If you see this on trade.aura.money, contact support.

"Swapped sandbox only supports BTC/ETH testnet — deposits won't complete here."

You're on a test environment (QA or dev build). Real USDC won't arrive because sandbox Swapped only simulates test assets. Switch to production to actually deposit.

Widget loads blank or won't accept payment

Usually a browser / WebView permission issue. The widget needs camera access (for ID scan), clipboard write, and payment permissions. Try:

1. Allow camera + payment permissions when prompted.
2. Disable aggressive ad blockers on widget.swapped.com.
3. On mobile, reinstall the app if the WebView won't render inline media.

Payment went through but nothing arrived in Hyperliquid

Aura doesn't reconcile Swapped transactions — we only create the widget session. If your payment completed but USDC isn't on Hyperliquid after ~30 minutes:

1. Check your Hyperliquid balance directly.
2. Look for a Swapped transaction ID in your email receipt.
3. Contact Swapped support with that ID — they own the fulfillment leg.
4. If Swapped confirms they sent it but HL hasn't credited it, contact Aura support with both the transaction ID and your HL address.

Limits and timing

• Minimum: $10 (hardcoded; Swapped may enforce higher floors in some regions).
• Timing: Card payments usually settle within minutes. Bank transfers can take 1–3 business days.
• Regions: Driven by Swapped's coverage, not Aura's. If card payment isn't offered, try bank transfer or fall back to crypto deposits.
