Signature Rejected or Cancelled
During the enable-trading flow, each step requires one wallet signature. If a signature is cancelled or rejected, the flow pauses at that step — nothing is partially applied.
You cancelled the signature
Tap the CTA again. The flow remembers exactly where you left off and re-presents the same signature request. No need to start over.
Hyperliquid rejected the signature
Rare. This usually resolves on a retry. If it keeps failing after 2–3 attempts:
- Refresh the page and try the flow again from the start
- If the same step keeps failing, contact support
"Waiting for signature" is stuck
Your wallet app or extension likely has a pending request. Check:
- MetaMask or Rabby popup (may be behind other windows)
- WalletConnect mobile app for a pending request
- Hardware wallet (Ledger/Trezor) for a prompt on the device
If you dismiss the wallet prompt without signing, tap the CTA again to re-trigger it.
Signature works but nothing happens after
This can happen if the Hyperliquid network is congested. Wait a few seconds — the step will either confirm or surface an error. If it stays stuck, refresh and retry.
